No. All units are rented month to month. There are no long-term contracts, so you only pay for the time you need.

Monthly rent depends on the size: a 5 x 10 is $50, a 10 x 10 is $65, a 10 x 15 is $90, a 10 x 16.5 is $75, a 10 x 20 side by side is $90, a 10 x 20 with 8-foot ceiling is $115, a 10 x 30 side by side is $115, a 30 x 10 is $129, a 11 x 30 is $135. Yes. You provide your own lock. We recommend a heavy-duty disc lock or cylinder lock.

Household furniture, mattresses, appliances, boxes, clothing, seasonal decorations, lawn equipment, tools and business inventory. If you are not sure about an item, call us.

None. On the day you move out, send us a photo by text or email showing your unit is clean and swept out, and we will send you a move-out confirmation.
